Delivery & Warranty
Delivery
Most deliveries will be made from UK stock and sent by courier within 48 hours of your order being placed. Account holders will be invoiced on 30-day credit terms, subject to status. If you are a government body or a commercial organisation please contact us so that a credit account can be set up for you.
UK shipments will be made by courier at a cost (for packing and carriage) of:
- 1 - 3 units £12.50
- 4 - 10 units £15.00
- 11 - 25 units £25.00
- 26+ units £TBA
VAT charged extra
Overseas Orders Note: shipping for overseas deliveries will need to be calculated by us before you can place an order. If you would like to order any Mousetrapper product from overseas please contact us ensuring that you have your VAT or local tax registration number ready. Please note that an import duty or tax may also be charged in some countries.
Warranty
All Mousetrapper products are fully guaranteed for 12 months on a return to supplier basis
